After every service, the hospitality team serves tea and coffee for newcomers, welcoming them with good conversation, a warm cuppa, and the feeling of being at your granny's. We want everyone who comes to St. Mark's to feel relaxed, loved, and completely at ease. If making people feel at home is your thing, we'd love to have you on the team.

Relate. Reach. Rise. Guided by Matthew 25, the Reach team serves Dublin's most vulnerable because Jesus does. Our service is as diverse as the needs around us.

Stages, lights, sound, the production team makes it all happen. From Sunday morning services to weddings and everything in between, no two weeks look the same.

What drives us isn't the gear; it's our love of the Father and the desire to create an atmosphere where people can truly worship him and have a personal encounter with him.

First impressions matter. The Connect team greets every visitor with a genuine smile, helps them find their feet, and ensures no one leaves feeling like a stranger. We’re passionate about helping people feel they truly belong, through a warm welcome at the door or a simple chat after the service. The St. Mark's Media Ministry looks after a number of different areas: social media, graphics, photography, video, and website. Our goal is simple: to make the word of God as accessible as possible, reaching people where they are, by the touch of a button. We serve closely alongside the Worship and Production teams and have some laughs while we're doing it!

You might be surprised how much a camera, a caption, or a well-placed graphic can open someone's heart. We can't wait to welcome you!

Prayer is how we stay connected to God. The St. Mark's Prayer Team is available at the end of every service to pray with anyone who has a need or just needs a word of encouragement. They act on behalf of the pastor and stand with people in whatever they're going through. Can't make it in person? They're also available by phone or video at a time that suits you.

The purpose of the Worship team is to facilitate and lead the church in their worship of God. Through music we seek to provide a safe and exciting place in which we can see Jesus lifted high, as we connect with Him and each other. We strive to continually grow our culture of worship in the St. Marks community.

Café: Tea, coffee, and an unlimited supply of biscuits. The Café team is the heart and soul of the Sunday experience, making sure everyone who walks through the door at St. Mark's feels at home and loved. It's more than a hot drink. Refuel: Led by Cherryle and her dedicated team, Refuel takes care of the people who are taking care of everyone else. Light lunches, snacks, and meals keep the teams going, especially on busy event days. It's a quiet, generous kind of serving, and it makes an enormous difference to everyone on the team.
